Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Our commitment
Outbound Suite pro is built for legitimate, permission-based outreach. We take a strict stance against spam because it damages deliverability for every customer. Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk email is a violation of this policy and of our Terms of Service.
2. Consent and lawful basis
- You must have a lawful basis to contact every recipient — consent, or a legitimate interest that you have assessed and documented.
- Newsletter subscribers collected through our embeddable forms must opt in; double opt-in is available and recommended.
- Purchased, scraped or rented lists must not be used with the Service.
3. Identification and content
Every message must accurately identify you as the sender and must not use deceptive subject lines, headers or "From" details. Messages must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or adult content, or promote illegal goods and services.
4. Unsubscribe requirements
- Every campaign must include a working unsubscribe mechanism, and requests must be honoured promptly.
- Unsubscribes and spam complaints are automatically added to your suppression list so those addresses are never contacted again.
- You must not re-add, re-import or otherwise attempt to contact suppressed addresses.
5. List hygiene
You are responsible for keeping your lists clean: remove hard bounces and inactive or unengaged addresses, and refresh consent periodically. Poor list quality harms deliverability for you and for other customers.
6. Prohibited practices
- Sending bulk unsolicited commercial email (spam).
- Using open relays, spoofed headers, or misleading identity.
- Bypassing rate limits, suppression lists or platform controls.
- Attempting to defeat spam filters or misrepresent deliverability.
- Importing addresses that have previously unsubscribed or complained.
7. Compliance with laws
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your sending, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and UK GDPR (EU/UK), CASL (Canada) and similar regulations in the countries you send to.
8. Enforcement
We monitor sending for abuse. Violations may result in warnings, sending limits, account suspension or termination without refund, at our discretion. We reserve the right to disable sending to protect the platform and its reputation.
9. Reporting abuse
If you receive unwanted email that you believe was sent through Outbound Suite pro, report it through our contact form and we will investigate promptly.
